Our refund policy lasts 30 days, or until we have received your return shipment and begin production on your custom memorial; whichever is less. If we have already received your shipment and begun production, we can no longer accept refund requests.
Please contact us directly at [email protected] to initiate a refund, explaining the issue in detail. We will continue the process directly with you.
Late or missing refunds
If you have contacted us already and a refund has been initiated, but you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
